I notice I make better choices to further my progress - food, trying new classes.
Checking myself out, that's a big one! Broke my full length mirror a while ago, so now I can only do that at the gym - it's just not the same if I'm not nakie.2 -
No longer avoiding their naked reflection in the mirror.

Never thought about "going blonder", but I agree. In general I'm less inclined to hide, more comfortable with "look at me" clothes, shoes, hair and makeup.0
