This thread is lol. I'm confused.0

Eat some beans so you can fart instead (a much more efficient way of eliminating excess gas plus extra fiber!)2

Is this thread in jest? On the off case it isn't I would recommend finding something else fizzy? Or maybe changing your diet to something that doesn't create so much gas? Or take a walk.0

Now I'm wondering if I don't burp nearly often enough0

Get someone to throw you over their shoulder and smack you on the back.
Seriously, you're an adult. There is no need to induce burping.

Every time I have fizzy juice and it causes me to burp profusely I am reminded why I don't often have it! It also makes me hiccup. Not cut out for these popular carbonated beverages.0

OP is definitely trolling us. She's popped in a dozen times and never once addressed why the heck she would need to burp at every meal - on any of her multiple posts about it.4

How odd. Would soda confound the diet, though, since it's adding extra air bubbles?0 -

Probably didn't make her burp enough....0 -

Swallow air. It's what babies do when nursing that makes them need to be burped. And air has no calories! So it's a win-win!2
