Spaghetti Squash

For me, the ultimate comfort food is a big bowl of noodles. A few years ago, I realized I have a gluten allergy so I switched to GF pasta. Lately, I've been experimenting with healthier alternatives- I've tried zucchini, shredded cabbage, and even broccoli (yum with pasta sauce).

I'm curious about spaghetti squash. However, I had it once years ago and it was so sickly sweet I couldn't eat it. Do you know any recipes that use it that aren't too sweet and gross? Is there a way to make it taste good?
