Last January, I started a new job after leaving an intense former position that often left me in tears. My new job was also much closer to my home, and I could no longer blame my commute for my not working out. I started boot camp classes and keeping a paleo diet with my now-fiancé. I started at 165 and now weigh around 143-144 and am hoping to get to 125 before my wedding next October!

I cook almost every night and pack leftovers for lunch. When I don't cook, I eat salads. I try to have snacks in the afternoon so I'm not hangry at dinner time. 9lxtgzdja5dc.jpg
