    Want an honest answer?

Your BMI is 27.2 which is in the overweight category. You'd need to drop +24# below 155# to reach "normal" weight per BMI.

Subjectively, you've stll got the "love handles" and look around 20% BF to me.

    Judge for yourself:

For more precise data, get a DXA scan or get a hydrostatic BF test done.

I don't think you look overweight at all. Have you been strength training?

I have! I lost a lot of weight through cardio and dieting. Then I started strength training with a PT. She had me doing a bunch of exercises I'd never heard of, and I noticed a lot of good changes, but some extra fat, too.

You aren't fat, but you aren't lean either. What's your goal?

I would not say you are fat but you do still have excess fat. That's pretty common, even when having a healthy BMI, and obviously more common when having an overweight BMI. Good job so far. Keep up the good work :)

Thanks. I don't have a concrete goal in terms of how I look or weigh. Just want to look better. But more importantly, I want to be faster and stronger.

Nope -def not fat. But with more muscle, you will be more defined and you will end up leaner as a matter of course. Great job!
