Last year I lost 30 lbs. Since March 2016 I gained 10 back. Now I am back on logging my foods. My biggest downfall has been sweets especially candy at Easter and Halloween. Giving up sugar last night had a huge craving so I ate a banana. Only fruit of the day. Another thing I turned to during my sugar cravings this summer was all of the weight watcher ice creams or their brownies. Have decided to give that up also. Need to keep motivated to log my foods

    Our journeys are similar, friend me if you like. Lost 45 pounds over the course of a year, then got stuck for several months and have gained 7 pounds back. Sweets are a downfall for me, too. My goal is to stay where I am through the holidays (I am back to logging food and exercise) and then resume my downward path.
