12/5/16: 233.6 - Not as much progress as I would like to see, but I appreciate all downward movement! I plan on upping my exercise time this week to keep from plateauing. I've hit this spot before and don't want to give up!

So, I survived Thanksgiving and actually lost weight. But then couldn’t keep it up. I made it through Thanksgiving, eating healthy, then got sick of turkey left overs, didn’t go grocery shopping and essentially spent a week eating out. The scale showed it!!! I am up 0.2 lbs this week (although I went up to 204.2 mid-week, and had a low last week of 202.0 – so I guess this means I am really up 1#). Hope everyone else had a productive week, and will have one this week. Talk to you next Monday.

This week was a fluctuating mess and I stayed on track all week so what gives?! I didn't make it to the gym only went swimming once so I basically have to stop being lazy and get my butt in gear! Gym session tonight, giving it all I got, I'd love to be 210 lbs by Xmas day.4 -
TOM came this week. Before the visit, I was down to 200.2 (So close to onederland). Then I went up to 202.8. As of Sunday, I reached Onederland (199.6). Today (Monday), official weigh-in day, I am back to 200.2 lbs. Hopefully by next week (or the following at the latest), I will permanently be in onederland.
Also “New” this week, I set a challenge goal weight (even though we are half way through). I hope for a continued loss of 1# a week (knowing that we still have Christmas and New Year’s to go).
