    This is week 1 of going back to the gym and seriously increasing my exercise I'm being so lazy. I'm so proud of my achievement, for the first time in years I'm sticking to my diet now to get through Christmas and not overdo it lol.

    I am on the struggle bus (with my life- I've been in a bad place lately, still having a hard time with a break-up) I haven't been exercising or even walking the dogs as much as I / they should. I thought I would have gained, since I have been eating so badly.

    Only a small loss this week. I put it to moving house! Having everything packed and trying to eat the leftovers from the cupboards means eating more takeaway and bread/pasta than normal.... taste good though haha :)
