Just started the keto diet

Hi my name is daniel I just started yesterday the keto diet. I'm trying to get all this info in and is too much. I'm from uk.I'm trying to find and create the best food meal for me and for my weight I want 5% cards 25% proteins and 70% fat the problem I have is that I have hep c and I would imagine that it will screw my liver even more and the keto calculator said I need around 2200 calorie per day.. that is alot of food I need to loose weight I'm just wondering if this diet is for me or nor. Any tips, ideea or how to learn recipe for me do to my food. Ty very much for your help

To lose weight, all you need is a calorie deficit. If MFP tells you to eat 2200 calories, do that.1

Consider joining this group. The stickies at the top have lots of help and the members are VERY supportive of your WOE without telling you to do something completely different instead.

You do not need keto. You just need to eat the number of calories MFP tells you and this will be your calorie deficit.1
