Just started the keto diet

Hi my name is daniel I just started yesterday the keto diet. I'm trying to get all this info in and is too much. I'm from uk.I'm trying to find and create the best food meal for me and for my weight I want 5% cards 25% proteins and 70% fat the problem I have is that I have hep c and I would imagine that it will screw my liver even more and the keto calculator said I need around 2200 calorie per day.. that is alot of food I need to loose weight I'm just wondering if this diet is for me or nor. Any tips, ideea or how to learn recipe for me do to my food. Ty very much for your help
