Find your previous post and then click quote. Then it will appear in the comment box for you to edit. There will be a code at the beginning and end of your text (which basically makes it turn into a grey box once posted like above). If you delete those codes it will come up like a new comment.

December Weight Loss: 0 pounds
I'm taking December to conduct my own experiment. Most people eat back about half of their exercise calories. I'm leaving most of my exercise calories unused & limiting my bread, potatoes & rice (only had once so far this month). Next month I'm going to eat everything & all of my exercise calories. I know there are lots of variables - my medications, monthly water retention, salt intake, etc. We will see . . .
