Also, anyone up for adding a stranger? I need some more friends on here to stay motivated. I've been on MFP for 3 years on and off but I am here to stay this time so I figured updating my profile and adding friends would help.7

Pretty much always an apple/clementine/banana with some Greek yogurt, nuts, or nut/fiber bar of some sort (Nature Valley, Fiber One etc).1

Maize cracker is my life saver. Only 43 calories, no salt or sugar and taste like popcorn. I bought a cheese parer and I pare two thin slices of my goat's cheese Brebis and it fills a gap every time. Also a great alternative for a dessert.2

Miso soup from the packet. it's super satisfying and has <40 calories.1

I kind of rotate. Right now I'm on flavored popcorn -- Boom Chicka Pop, the Trader Joe's pickle popcorn, etc. I do almonds a lot, too, particularly the flavored ones. And string cheese.1

Popcorn!
I made these delicious little frittata with Sara Lee Delightful bread, eggs, squash, onion, bacon, and little mozz. I made in my 24 count mini muffin tin. I brought them to work with me to have as snacks for the week, and they're only 21 cals per frittata! So good!1 -

raisins and nuts (small portion),protein shakes, fiber one bar , grapes or other fruit1

Instant oatmeal, a handful of peanuts, Kashi granola bars, water-packed fruit cups, and Magnum Mini ice cream bars are my typical snacks (though they'd be tough to bring to the office).1

My go to is actually popcorn. I'm lactose intolerant, so I eat popcorn that is lightly salted. This is if I have a microwave, of course. Popcorn can be healthy in moderation and there are some healthier brands if you like popcorn like I do!
