Needing some advice on how to gain muscle without losing weight but i want to be toned! ! Help

    Eat at maintenance or in a surplus, lift heavy, and get enough protein

    To be fair, it's extremely difficult to gain muscle while losing weight anyway, but those are your two best options

    Eat above your total daily expenditure and lift heavy. That about it. However it takes a long time to gain muscle so don't beat yourself up if you don't see results
