Hit below my goal today! What a feeling! I feel healthier than I have in longer than I can remember. And at stage 43 it's a great feeling! I will probably lose a few more vanity pounds and tone up, but if I stay where I am today I will be perfectly content! We are all dedicated and amazing people, this is such a tough journey but we have and are doing it!

I started in Feb. and I've just watched my caloric intake and try to move and excercise as much as I can. When I started I found out I was lactose intolerant so that has been difficult, it was a staple of my diet but finding all kinds of alternatives has been fun and I've found lots of foods I love that I'd never thought of trying!3 -
