    and me please, I was 142 lbs yesterday BUT have a big family do on Saturday. Can still do this though!!!

    Joining you all today current 187lb -5ft 51/2. (85kg -166cm)
    Husband started Lite n Easy today so I need encouragement to finally get the weight off and prove MFP better

    What's lite n easy? I started Monday 12th at 148. So 143 goal by Christmas. Not going to be easy, especially because it's only Wednesday and my mother in law has already sent over homemade scones and butter cookies!
