    @MiamiSeoul, for the last week, I started to input "quick adds" as my workout calories to cancel out my workout (and delete it before I complete my diary). It has changed the way I look at my remaining calories.

    Current Weight - 81.6kg (used the digital scales at the gym today post workout)
    December goal - 78kg
    Ultimate goal - 75kg

    9th - GAIN!!! 250g - 81.85kg - disappointing but expected and could have been worse!! Went on a 16 hour round road trip to a birthday party. Didn't drink alcohol but didn't eat great either! Not going to let a 250g gain throw me off though!! Will be a loss next weigh in!!!!!!

    This is what actually started me back on MFP in July. I had a terrible stomach bug & couldn't eat for almost a week, immediately followed my my first flu in over a decade that lasted about two weeks. I went from 233 to 223 and here we are almost six months later!
