Ultimately it's my age, I only have one more year in my 20's But some fun motivation right now is fitting in clothes that I am just a little too big for, and being able to hike a little longer when I go on trails6

I managed to shave only 1/2inch off my waist. Felt a little bummed on learning this. Though reminded myself that 1/2 is gone.
This December 2016, my mini goal is to shave off and get rid of the remainder 1/2and inch off my waist bringing it down to 34" by 1st Jan 2017. And this means carrying out waist exercises for 10mins each day. This is my mini goal to help realise my first mini goal.

I have an eeeven minier goal now - to stay under my calorie goal for the next three days, i.e. the rest of this week - I was over yesterday and will probably go over today... oops.4

I am .8 pounds away from being under 175! I have been stuck at 176 since forever it seems4

I have an appointment on January 11th for my annual checkup with my general practitioner. Last year, he pretended to be excited that I had lost 8 lbs between January 2015 and December 2015. I weighed 234 at the end of December 2015, and my goal is to get down to 184 by my January 11 2017 appointment. That would be a 50-lb loss and I think he would be excited for real! I'm at 192-193 today, normally losing 1.5 to 2lbs / week so I think 8 lbs in 6 weeks is do-able.9

Next mini-goal? Get into the 170s and I am not setting a date this time, kinda feel like I jinxed myself last time.
Am officially 179.9 today. This is kinda special for me because 180 was my original goal weight. I have decreased the goal to 175 then 170, now seriously thinking about reducing it to 165.
Anyway next mini-goal is simple, to eat less than 20g of added sugar a day until I go on vacation Dec 17.
