What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

March 1st I decided to change my lifestyle and really lose the weight once and for all. I started out at 214 and got down to 196 before I got depressed, lost motivation, and started slipping. Then, my mother passed away.
From June until October 23rd I gained back all but 3 of those pounds I lost started at 211 this time. I am down to 200.6 now and want to get down to 196 or below by the new year. It will put me back where I was finally and feel more like a true starting point.12 -
Training for the Rugged Maniac coming up in the spring. My friend talked me into it. I won't be anywhere near fit enough by then, but I want to be stronger and able to run at least part of the time, so I've been training hard and eating better. Losing weight is a bonus!

I will see my mom at xmas and then not again until mid April... I want to be down 16lbs by then... that'll put me at 155 and roughly 4 lbs a month, which I think is totally doable, as long as I don't blow this diet out of the water when I'm in Jamaica for a week over new years lol9

To lose a good solid 3# by the end of the year. Not water weight, nothing temporary....just a good solid 3#.5

I have a goal to do 20 orange theory classes in 30 days. 9 down 11 to go and 15 days to do it. Even this cold is not gonna blow it for me!2

Pre pregnancy weight and put of my maternity jeans...lol. I'm 3 months postpartum and 16 lbs away. First of many goals!2

would love to be down to Obese I by the new year. Only 7 pounds to go! Started at Obese III.8

I have really enjoyed reading through all of y'all's mini goals, so I thought I would share mine.
1) To lose 1 cm in each area (hips, waist, pants line, calf (they are annoyingly large!), and boob area). I want to start this goal small that way when I lose more than 1 cm, I will be happy. I have several pairs of pants and shorts that just barely don't fit (like with some of them they fit, but every time I put them on I am afraid I am going to split the seams so I just don't wear them)... I want them to fit. And I know that with 2 of the jeans, the part that doesn't fit the most is the calves, I think if I could get them up my calves, the rest would be fine. And if I lose in the boob area then some of my tops will fit better and be more easy to take off at the end of the day.
2) To lose enough in my fingers to be able to take my ring off.
3) To not gain during Christmas. My family doesn't bake a bunch of cookies or anything like that, but Christmas is still Christmas with parties and special food and extra laying around, so the potential is still there.
4) To lose 10 lbs by my birthday in February. I have 10 lbs to lose in 9 weeks. If mini-goal #3 works out, this might be possible. I think that is a decent amount to lose each week.
5) To start jogging again. I am a very slow jogger, and that is all I need. I was doing well during the spring/summer but quit because I started getting a lot of arch pain. And then when I got new shoes they gave me blisters in the heel. But the other day I was fed up with the walking and just started shuffling my feet for my version of a jog and it wasn't so bad. So I want to continue to do that. I have to build it up slowly because I also tend to get shin splints easily.
6) For my fingertips to be able to touch around my right wrist. I can do the other wrist fairly easily, but not the right wrist.
I realize this is a bunch and super wordy, but I have word vomit. In school I was one of those people who could kind of BS my way through a paper - and I didn't even mean to!7 -
To get back on track with my eating -being able to eat clean for a week straight and lose those last 20lbs!!2

Today I made it below my lowest adult weight. 12 lbs will get me out of the 200's for the first time since....I don't know, high school? A smaller mini-goal is the 2 lbs to get me to my personal goal for a doctor's appointment in January.6

I would like to lose one more pound to make a total of 10 before Christmas which is what my short term goal was. After this ten pounds comes another before my birthday in February.4

I'm a little under two pounds from... *drumrolls*..... *more drumrolls*.... *EPIC DRUMROLLS*... crossing over the MAGICAL THRESHOLD of... *even more drumrolls cause I'm so flippin' excited*... NORMAL WEIGHT!
I still wanna lose another 15lbs to get to my ideal goal (right bang smack in the middle of the 'normal' range is where I wanna be), but crossing that line is gonna be amazing and you better believe I'm motivated to have that goal under my belt (or, OFF my belt, amirite?!) by New Year's24 -
My current mini-goal is to get thru the next three weeks or so without gaining weight! the Holidays can be tricky!10

My mini goal is to work out at least 4x a week, and to make veggies more than half my plate for 2 meals a day. First weight loss goal is to get to a manageable weight -- that is 25 lbs away for me! A long way to go, but adding more exercise is helpful!6

After my weigh in Tuesday morning(93.3kg) my 'platinum' goal is to be 89.9 by Xmas day but my 'gold' goal is in the 90.X
With the way it's been coming off the last few weeks it's doable but I need to be laser focussed and not slip up.2 -
I have so many goals, but one of my minigoals is wearing a dress with a flat belly by christmas5

i want to bench 95 pounds. and deadlift 170, and (still) press 70. i'm five pounds away from all of those goals, but right now the huge one is the idea of being able to use 25's for bench press.
i don't even care that that will make me a woman who benches more than she squats i'll worry abou that part of it in the new year.9 -
Making it to christmas for the first time in YEARS without someone in the family commenting on my *kitten* getting bigger.....7
