Good job on your loss! I am almost done with my first week of calorie counting and I'm loving it! It's almost like a game to move calories around. One day at a time, for sure :-)2

Congrats and welcome back to the race.. I'm starting back too.. but excersize is my focus. 2 hours a day at the gym and going to see how that works for me for the first time i stepped on the scale in like 2 years today. been at the gym for 2 months. Went from size 20 - 18 to a size 18 - 16.. fighting to stay motivated so i upped the stakes by adding more gym time. I was going to the gym 3 - 4 times a week for the past 2months. Good luck!
