    This week was a fluctuating mess and I stayed on track all week so what gives?! I didn't make it to the gym only went swimming once so I basically have to stop being lazy and get my butt in gear! Gym session tonight, giving it all I got, I'd love to be 210 lbs by Xmas day.

    TOM came this week. Before the visit, I was down to 200.2 (So close to onederland). Then I went up to 202.8. As of Sunday, I reached Onederland (199.6). Today (Monday), official weigh-in day, I am back to 200.2 lbs. Hopefully by next week (or the following at the latest), I will permanently be in onederland.
    Also “New” this week, I set a challenge goal weight (even though we are half way through). I hope for a continued loss of 1# a week (knowing that we still have Christmas and New Year’s to go).

    11/21/16: 234.2 - Actual start day for the challenge, I'm pretty happy about this because we had our first of three thanksgivings this weekend, and I am still down!
    11/28/16: 234.6 - Up .4 lbs, but I am not too upset about that because there were two thanksgiving dinners in the last week, and I seem to have gotten right back on the wagon!
    12/5/16: 233.6 - Not as much progress as I would like to see, but I appreciate all downward movement! I plan on upping my exercise time this week to keep from plateauing. I've hit this spot before and don't want to give up!
    12/12/16:234.4 - backwards progress guys :( I totally fell off the wagon this weekend with all of the snow, but at least it's not as bad as I thought it would be.
