Hey everyone I'm Bre 23 and ready to get back in shape over the past two years I've gained over 80lb leaving me at a sad 230lb I've never been this big before and I'm only standing 5'5. My body has been letting me know in painful ways that I need to make more healthier life choices so here I am.
