Hi all!!! Need some motivation friends! I'm wanting to lose 20 kg but it can be split up into monthly or weekly challenges we need to complete? I'm 5'3 and 93.5 kg (206lbs) my starting weight was 95.6kg so goal weight is 76kg! 12stone. Come on peopls and lets do it!!
