My right now is pretty much where you described the middle of your journey so far. I too dont feel like I'll ever see under 150 so that's my goal. I'm so glad to see you were able to do it and definitely motivating for me to get there too. Thank you for sharing!!0

Another update!
228 lbs --> 164 lbs (Aug 2016) --> 142 lbs (Jan 2017).
So....5 months between the last 2 pictures, and only 22lbs.
This right is here is why ALL of you should get into LIFTING.
It does the body good
