You have done a great job, may I ask what was your eating and exercise Plan1

@normalicia11 for the initial weight loss I did not really follow much of a plan.. I just reduced portion sizes, eliminated fast food, soft drinks and alcohol and started eating breakfast. Now my daily diet generally consists of
Breakfast: Multigrain rye bread 1 x slice with 2 x egg whites.
Snack 1: protein shake
Lunch: protein source ( usually chicken, turkey or fish in a salad or with brown rice and avocado or with sweet potato and steamed veggies
Snack 2: either almonds or Greek yogurt
Dinner: protein source in a salad, or with steamed veggies or in a stir fry.
I've only just started using this app as a social forum, but if you wanted to be friends I will probably start sharing some recipes on my page.3 -
