Hi my name is DeAnn and I am just like you... I don't know where to start, what to eat, who to turn to for help with my food to get healthy. Can you help me? I want a jump start for 2017!

MFP is cool as you can simply eat as you always have, log your food, and take the data after a week to see where you can tweak it.0 -
