Last week I spiraled after the middle of the week. I'm determined to stay positive and motivated this week!! Whose with me?!?! Any tips for getting back to action after a break day from the gym?

Also looking for friends to stay motivated! Friend me please!!

    My tips would be forget yesterday. If you think too much about the day you missed you'll beat yourself up about it. And I don't know about you but when that happens to me sometimes I get the attitude like "well why bother now then". trying to work on changing that for myself also. I'll send you a friend request. I'm pretty new on mfp so still trying to build an active and motivational friend group :)
