I'm 69 and it is now or never. I need to lose at least 100 pounds. I've been struggling with my weight for the last 20 years. I've tried almost everything but simply have not stayed committed. I know what I need to do; I just need to do it and believe it's possible. I know I do better when I journal. My Fitness pal wins hands down as the one for me. I would like to hear from you if you have similar age and weight issues. Let's do this together. It's not too late!

    Soon to be 63.
    63 pounds gone.
    Took a year.
    2.5 years maintaining.
I don't like limiting my calories to what I expend on a daily basis.
I don't like some of the food choices I deem necessary for my health.
I don't really like the exercise I do to maintain weight and health.

I like the ongoing results. Happy, happy.
    Determined. Disciplined. Committed.

I am 58, a child care provider and need to lose 100 lbs. I have had both hips replaced and my knee too. I have now developed rheumatoid arthritis and need help pushing past the pain to get started.
