I'm Back!

Hello!

I used this website to go from 180 - 143 about a year ago. One year later I am moving between 147-152 for the past few months, and want to get back on track to get down to at least 143 which was my lowest and hopefully 140.

I am a photographer and make time for my fitness in the morning -- I can walk to the gym from my studio so that's a bonus. I am also starting to focus on my measurements which I started to track today but haven't in the past and got a kettlebell to work on toning up my body.

If anyone wants to connect I'd be happy to have some friends on the site!

    It is very smart that you are coming back now when you have less than 10 pounds to lose. You should be proud of yourself!
  • I am very proud that I maintained as much as I did -- I just don't want to lose track so I am back! I have been eating healthy and working out about an hour a day for the past year to maintain what I did.
