Hello!
I used this website to go from 180 - 143 about a year ago. One year later I am moving between 147-152 for the past few months, and want to get back on track to get down to at least 143 which was my lowest and hopefully 140.
I am a photographer and make time for my fitness in the morning -- I can walk to the gym from my studio so that's a bonus. I am also starting to focus on my measurements which I started to track today but haven't in the past and got a kettlebell to work on toning up my body.
If anyone wants to connect I'd be happy to have some friends on the site!

I am very proud that I maintained as much as I did -- I just don't want to lose track so I am back! I have been eating healthy and working out about an hour a day for the past year to maintain what I did.0

Hi Brooke! Sounds like you did great before, and since you know how much this site helps I'm sure you'll have no problem reaching your goal! I also use a kettlebell for some of my workouts and like it a lot! Sending you a request now...have a great day
