Hi I'm Gustavo Woltmann and I am an assistant in a private publishers office. Just want to ask if someone here can recommend a good weight loss program for a person with Vertigo?

Yeah. Eat less calories than you burn.4

Just don't restrict salt if the vertigo is caused by hypotension. A lot of lower calorie options are also low in sodium.0

Vertigo? Are you afraid of high calorie count?4

I suffered with what was eventually called visual vertigo, took a year to get a diagnosis. My empathy. You probably don't feel like working out. Good news no need. Just a calorie deficit is all it takes.0

I feel for you, I had labyrinthitis and I have some residual positional vertigo. I generally describe this to people by saying "I get dizzy when I do this" (tilt head to one side). I then regret it.
But for a lot of people, vertigo doesn't really interfere with exercise - from your question in guessing it does interfere in your case, but if you give us a bit more detail on your specific problem then we'll be able to give better suggestions.1 -
I have vertigo as a side symptom of my Bell's Palsy. I sit down to do my weights and walk indoors now for safety. Can't manage jogging with the head spinning- but I can get my heart rate up!0
