I managed to shave only 1/2inch off my waist. Felt a little bummed on learning this. Though reminded myself that 1/2 is gone.

My mini goal right now is to have a flat stomach. I'm so tired of this half dollar size roll that lays on my belt when I sit down lol.2

2.6 lb by Christmas (yesterday's rum balls and rum cake did not help anything, nor did todays giant cookie)2

Today I made it below my lowest adult weight. 12 lbs will get me out of the 200's for the first time since....I don't know, high school? A smaller mini-goal is the 2 lbs to get me to my personal goal for a doctor's appointment in January.6

I would like to lose one more pound to make a total of 10 before Christmas which is what my short term goal was. After this ten pounds comes another before my birthday in February.4

I'm a little under two pounds from... *drumrolls*..... *more drumrolls*.... *EPIC DRUMROLLS*... crossing over the MAGICAL THRESHOLD of... *even more drumrolls cause I'm so flippin' excited*... NORMAL WEIGHT!
I still wanna lose another 15lbs to get to my ideal goal (right bang smack in the middle of the 'normal' range is where I wanna be), but crossing that line is gonna be amazing and you better believe I'm motivated to have that goal under my belt (or, OFF my belt, amirite?!) by New Year's24 -
My current mini-goal is to get thru the next three weeks or so without gaining weight! the Holidays can be tricky!10

My mini goal is to work out at least 4x a week, and to make veggies more than half my plate for 2 meals a day. First weight loss goal is to get to a manageable weight -- that is 25 lbs away for me! A long way to go, but adding more exercise is helpful!6

After my weigh in Tuesday morning(93.3kg) my 'platinum' goal is to be 89.9 by Xmas day but my 'gold' goal is in the 90.X
With the way it's been coming off the last few weeks it's doable but I need to be laser focussed and not slip up.2 -
I have so many goals, but one of my minigoals is wearing a dress with a flat belly by christmas5

i want to bench 95 pounds. and deadlift 170, and (still) press 70. i'm five pounds away from all of those goals, but right now the huge one is the idea of being able to use 25's for bench press.
i don't even care that that will make me a woman who benches more than she squats i'll worry abou that part of it in the new year.9 -
Making it to christmas for the first time in YEARS without someone in the family commenting on my *kitten* getting bigger.....7

My minigoal right now is to get in 10k steps everyday till the end of the week. Monday and tuesday were successful days.. baby steps..5

to do 10 push ups and 10 situps....I can do 0 sit ups and 6 pish ups...and go to 2nd karate class tonight even though I feel like a very large truck ran me over and backed up amd ran me over again.4

I went to boxing class today and my footwork on bag drills is sloppy. I really want to focus on tight movement and quickness. Losing 5-10 pounds will help with that. I usually sit at 150-155 at 17% body fat (I'm muscular). Dropping to 145 will help clean up my movement.5

Right now I am taking it 5 pounds at a time. Current goal is 145. Once I get to 135, its all about the gains. :-)7
