Hey you guys! I just had a baby 2 months ago and am currently 170. I was 204 and gain 34 pounds during my pregnancy thankfully lost 24 after pregnancy. struggled to lose the last ten but started eating better I'm on a strict 1000-1200 calorie diet and I been exercising again. I have been taking it slow and only doing cardio for 30 mins but now I been pushing myself to do 60-65 mins of cardio 5 times a week. I feel like since I'm trying to lose weight I should only do cardio for now and worry about toning my body later. If you think differently please let me know. My realist goal is 140 dream goal is 125-130. I think I'm doing okay so far but if anyone has any suggestions on what I should do to keep the weight off please let me know. I don't mind giving advice on how I been doing it lately. I love motivating people but I also LOVE when others motivate me as well(: add me so we can all stay motivated together :D.

Welcome!

Congratulations on ur little bundle of joy! I am currently 166lbs and my goal is 140lbs as well. I think it's so awesome that you lost most of the pregnancy weight. I agree that cardio is essential for weight loss, but I think incorporating some weight training will maximize ur results. You will be leaner and have a firm, toned look which in my opinion is so sexy!!
I always believed that more cardio equals more weightloss and while that's true I find that my body just looks the same shape but smaller. Do you know what I mean? And I don't like that. So instead I will do cardio and weights sinceI want to have a toned physique.
Anyways, I look forward to hearing more from u and sharing my journey with u as well...xxx
