    I am having THE best lunch....j/k!
    a ham sandwich on whole wheat and 55 whole grain goldfish w/ water.

    If I'm home for lunch 6 of the little gortons fish sticks work for me. OR a can of progresso soup at 120 a can for the lite variety. Or using low cal bread I small sandwich for on the go

    Mexican lasagna.. well.... the plain version:laugh:

    2 tortillas, ground turkey seasoned w/ black pepper & minced garlic, healthy choice pasta sauce & laughing cow cheese.

    2 oz. chunk light tuna w/lowfat mayo/relish/onion/shredded lettuce on brown bread
    9 baby carrots w/lowfat buttermilk dressing/dip
    1 cup fresh strawberries

    OR

    Progresso soup : 1 cup Minestrone or Lentil
    7 Wheat Thins (sundried tomato & basil)
    1 fresh peach

    the chicken wrap sounds delish!

    a beautiful red apple for dessert

    1 - Hotdog Bun - 110 Calories
    1 - 98% Fat Free Hot Dog - 45 Calories
    1/2 cup Turkey Chili from last nights Dinner - 105 Calories
    = One Yummy Chili Dog for 260 calories
    Oh and gotta have a Diet Coke too... Cheers! :smile:

    I just finished homemade spaghetti and meatballs, carrot and celery sticks with poppy seed dressing and (you guessed it) lots of water.

    Kind of heavy, but I am swimming tonight at 6:30-8:00 and can't eat heavy before I swim, so I sort of need to swap my heavy and light meals around.

    Everything sounds yummy gang.. :flowerforyou:

    3 oz of Light Chunk Tuna w/mustard
    1 WW english muffin toasted
    1 slice Finlandia Heavenly Light Swiss Cheese
    Lettuce
    Tomato

    15 Pringles FF Original Potato Crisps
    1 Hostess 100 Calorie Choc Cupcake pack

    Oh and I almost forgot the most important component

    WATER!!!!!

    2 glasses of water

    1/2 can of tuna mixed with 1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp calorie wise miracle whip & 1 tbsp finely chopped onion on 2 slices of whole grain bread.

    1 Orange

    Yum. I am looking forward to lunch today! It seems like everyone is on a different time zone than me! Its not even lunch here yet!
