The answer is always what is more sustainable in the long term. In this case, I would say the 1600 calories.1

So I hit the gym early this morning and started from the beginning of the bikini guide.
It felt so good to be back heavy lifting and doing what I enjoy. Frustrating that I am starting again...but I hope that the lb or 2 that I lost whilst hitting the cardio hard will help me look leaner in the long run. Also decided that I am gonna increase my cals a little...still at a slight defecit but I have decided that no good will come from me starving myself.
Thanks again1 -
