Hi folks, I'm ashamed to admit that I and back at this app because I thought I could do it all on my own. This really works. I did it a few years ago and I lost more than 30 pounds. But then I went off of my fitness pal, and gradually started to add weight. Would like your encouragement. Feel free to add me to your community that would be great. I will try to help you as well. I know this really works. It's common sense.
