Need to lose 30+ lb ASAP

Hello I'm a 30 CMA in Waco looking for some like minded people to lose weight with me. I have terrible will power lol so having someone to chat with and keep me focus may help a lot. Feel free to say hello

Hello- I have the same goal. Need to lose around 30 pounds. After years of falling off the wagon I finally followed a meal plan for a whole week and the weight loss has started. I know I really need support!1

I would like to lose it faster than that if possible but do you have any suggestions??

Congratulations on staying strong for a whole week, I'm on day 1 and I'm within my calorie goal so far!! Let's push each other to go far !!

Hi my name is arita i would also like to lose 30 pounds. I admit i fall off the wagon alot but i am so determined to keep at it,becausethis time i am not thinking of losing weight i want to increase strength other benifits will follow0

Learning a new habit takes time. The more proficient you are at it, the longer the habit stays.
