    Don't be discouraged. I'm going to assume that the 145.5 was WAY off. Was it the same scale, time of day, same conditions -> "sickness pays off". I'd suggest that sickness scewed the numbers.

    You're 0.2lbs down, despite having been sick :)

    Prednisone sucks butt...just be glad you haven't hit rage machine...that's how it affects me! It does make you want to eat the world...

    Just want to drop in and give you some encouragement. Just keep going! Double check your logs, make sure you're weighing everything, and if you have been over a few times don't sweat it. Just keep going.
