I am 6 weeks in on Keto and yes had the flu a bit. 2x since I knocked myself out of Ketosis once with carbs.

You went over your 20 g of carbs and it knocked you out? I need to do some more reading I suppose! Thanks for the links0

No the: 2x is meant as: two times, not 20 g of carbs. It was over 150 I am guessing. I test my ketones now with test strips. So I know a good general area of how well I am doing for ketosis.0

Hi,
You don't have to suffer with the keto flu: adding salt is the answer. Generally, you need to stay under 40-60grams of net carbs to stay in ketosis but it takes some time to get your body to a point where is happily can stay in ketosis or return to it easily. Or so my understanding goes.
