Baking an experimental pumpkin pie. I already burnt the first crust so here goes round two!

experimental as in practice? I'm curious as to what's in this pie. :)

I didn't have a lot of ingredients so I'm just winging it. I put coco pebbles as the crust, and some pumpkin, pumpkin spice, sugar a little vanilla extract and one egg. Not too crazy but who knows if it's any good.

oh and chia seeds bc why not

Maybe, I did taste it just now, I don't think it's done cooking so hopefully I don't get salmonella. I used to cook stuff from scratch all the time when I was a teenager but not so much recently.

Tastes good! It's in a little pan you'd make a giant cookie in. I wouldn't recommend the pebbles crust it turned weird and gooey. The chia seeds are undetectable as I imagined. I'd say a pretty standard pumpkin pie!

You are alive.! Well I might taste it if it was big enough to share.

I really am not a crust person when it comes to pie anyways so if the filling is good, it gets a thumbs up from me..
