    Yup. I loooooooove this. It makes me <snicker> every time I read it.....
    In short; eat more or you won't lose weight. If you face your body in a gloves-off match, you will always lose. It keeps a horseshoe in its glove.


    I don't know which tickles me more - an out-of-body Face Off, or trying to duck when the glove with the horseshoe comes flying at my face. :laugh:

    I probably read this the first time around, too, but it is simply great. I think this is one of the most likable, sensible, physiologically correct posts ever made on this board.

    p.s. Casper, teaching a pig to sing ... genius. The metaphor always makes me laugh and is a perfect characterization of people who wanna fight over fat/muscle weight/density. Everybody knows what everybody else meant--let it go.
