Just out of interest really.
My stupid body clocks means I wake everyday about 3.30. As my gym is 24hr I am normally in the gym about 4.30 and then back home before the family wake.
I know tomorrow I am gonna find it hard to resist the urge to head out to burn off some xmas calories

Just sprints. Nothing major1

Absolutely not. Got a good workout in today and will just enjoy the next two days and get back to not eating like an idiot after2

Not a chance! Sunday isn't a workout day for me anyway but even if it was I do no exercise or dieting on Christmas!1
-
Absolutely!!
Working Xmas day too, so just another day for me
At least the gym will be quiet, not like the first couple weeks after New Years Resolutions are started!!

Does lifting my fork to my mouth count as an arm workout? Our cutlery is quite heavy and will be loaded with yummy food, providing some resistance perhaps I'll drink with my left hand so I stay balanced...16

Not me. Spending the whole day with my family.1

I am always up early, so I will be planning on a 10 mile walk before getting home to open presents with my family. Merry Christmas to all of you.4

HM training plan calls for 10mile run with some speed work - normally do long run on Sunday.
Will do it while turkey is cooking and before guests arrive3 -
Not for me. I would, but my gym is closing at 2pm today until Monday. So I'm sneaking a workout in today, so I don't feel as guilty not going and engorging myself with delicious food and alcohol.1

I plan on it. Sunday is usually an optional day for me but I skipped cardio on Thursday. It is just 30 minutes on a stationary bike - not that hard to fit in.1

Planning to run sprints in the morning before everyone else gets up0

Me! But I do something active everyday (nothing strenuous though).
Planning on doing a 4 mile Leslie Sansone video for me with light handweights followed by about 15 minutes of calisthenics.
Even though it's a holiday, I still need to move my body!5 -
Maybe, I wasn't planning on running 7 miles at 4am this morning either. That happens when you have dinner beers and fall asleep at 8.2

Yup - a couple hours on the bike for sure is planned on Christmas Day. Big meal at our house is today, Christmas Eve Dinner at 6. 2 1/2 hours on the bike this morning, with 30 minutes of core work later on is planned.0

WOW how long does that take you to do? What do you do to keep yourself occupied during all that time?0 -
Nope0

My gym is closed but I'll probably go for a walk at some point.. the weather is supposed to be relatively nice.0
-
I'll be cycling, and probably walking, and if it is hot enough ... maybe swimming.1
-
Sunday is a rest day for me. I'll do some stretching in the am, maybe some walking to watch the sunrise
Dunno...maybe wake the wife with a little tickling .....that usually results in burning a few calories
Then just family and food and fun the rest of the day.3 -
If people will leave me alone for an hour, yes.2
-
Only if we take a postprandial stroll.0

Absolutely not ha back in the gym Tuesday0
-
Only a 14 mile run.2
-
I will be. Same as any other. I'll enjoy the rest of the day more if I do it.2
-
I'll be doing my usual weighted vest walk for a few miles, but both of my gyms are closed tomorrow. Luckily I knew it was coming, so I condensed a week of 5/3/1 into four consecutive days. Two days of no lifts will do me some good for recovery. Back at it on Tuesday.1

Just walking for me. I just got done doing 3.5 miles and listening to a football podcast. I'll do the same tomorrow because in reality, I ain't doing anything till after 12pm anyway.

I'm an early riser, I'll be out for my run while the rest of the family are snug in their beds with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads.....0
