    I'm currently at 5.8 miles and counting for the day. I fully suspect that I'll end up hitting close to 12 again today before bedtime.

    I lied on not working out today. The wife got me a TRX for Christmas and I had to try it out lol. Awesome :)

    Ayy, people. I'm trying to figure out how to sneak out for a walk without being rude to my inlaws. I lifted for the first time in 10 days yesterday and I'm getting more sore as the day goes on. I need a walk to loosen up.

    31.2 miles on the bike out in the rain and cold. Took a bit of mental strength at times, but I knocked it out.

    Sounds about like me. I'm up by 2:00, breakfast in me by 3:30 after morning mobility work, and at the gym lifting between 4:30 and 5:30, depending upon which gym I go to.

    I'm also usually in bed asleep by 18:00 or 19:00. A lot of people do their "me time" in the evenings. I do mine before work. Just seems to set a better pace for the day.

    I wish - my body clock is fubar. 2200 give or take most nights to 0200-0300 most mornings. 6 hours or more uninterrupted is a fantasy for me.

    I used to be the same way. I changed a few things, and I am out like a light shortly after the sun is down.

    1: no lights or electronics of any sort (other than my alarm clock) in my bedroom.
    2: epsom soak an hour before bedtime.
    3: phone on vibrate, sitting on my kitchen counter.
    4: I wake up 3-4 times per night to pee. Each time, I smoke a cigarette, make a small part of my breakfast for the next morning, then shut all lights back off and back in bed. Takes about ten minutes each time.

    It's a weird combination of things for sure, but it's worked wonders for my sleep quality and duration.
    Every time you get up at night you smoke? Did I read that correctly?

    Speaking in the past tense, just did. 3.6 mph 5 degree incline 30 minutes. That burns off >10% of the calories I've eaten today.

    Just finished my DL routine and ate dinner. Roasted pork butt (pernil) w/red beans/rice & corn-on-the-cob. Yum! Will do my SQT routine after I watch Sun/Xmas nite football and give my stomach a rest.

    Hey, how about those 9ers!! Actually looked like a football team in the 4th quarter yesterday. Too bad the only team they can beat this yr is the Rams. LOL!!!

    I did.... but have to admit that was made to by hubby. I did 2 miles on the treadmill.

    Yeap. Nicotine can either act as a stimulant or depressant, depending upon dosage and intake rate. I've found that huge slow drags bring my heart and breathing rates down, which when paired with the carbon monoxide influx, makes it easier to fall back asleep.

    Yep. Parkrun in the morning and then cycling the 10 miles to and from my GF's parents house.
