On work mornings, I do a workout video(like turbo jam or something similar) and twice a week after work lift weights 5x5. Two other evenings I will either jog or do another video. Friday and Saturday mornings are usually longer circuit training videos, Sunday is a long run(weather permitting). If I'm out of town, maybe a YouTube video...
I basically average around 8 hours per week, but it can vary.

Every day. 4 days are strength, at the gym, 2 days are HIIT or cardio (depending on my energy), and 1 day is Pilates.

    Every day.

I aim for 60+ minutes of exercise a day.

During the week, I'll walk, climb stairs, and sometimes lift weights and cycle.

On the weekends, I usually cycle long distances or go hiking or spend 90 minutes in the gym if the weather is really bad.

5x a week--almost every day involves some kind of cardio (I enjoy spin classes quite a bit) but a few days a week I'll also do a little resistance training. I prefer that over weights, because I don't feel like weights make me particularly stronger in a practical sense when it comes to lifting and moving objects in my day to day.

Everyday, at home. Usually 30-40 min intensely in the mornings because that works better with my schedule than fitting in 90 min 3x weekly. Everyone is different- my fit DH likes working out before supper. My 19 yr old son goes to his gym much later in the evenings.

    5 days per week.

Cardio is about 50% of two of those days, the remainder is split to cover all muscle groups with Bodyweight exercises, mostly taken from "You are your own Gym."

I supplement those with short dumbbell routines, and started working in suspension training with a TRX today.

I run 5 days per week. I do either Body Pump or weight training 2x per week, cross training cardio once per week, rotating between stair treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. I also do a short yoga video 2 to 3x per week. Friday is my rest day, but I'll sometimes do yoga on Fridays at most.

    5/6 days a week.

I run and use FitnessBlender. I have a little pattern- Run, FB, FB, Run, Rest- then start over. Most weeks are one rest day but it occasionally falls to where I have two.
