Stopped contrave

After two days on this medication I was in a completely altered state. Horrible cramps blurry vision unable to sleep and psychotic thinking. I have to lose 35 pounds but I want to be alive when I get to the end of it and with these pills I wasn't sure that would happen. So starting today I am simply tracking my food and eating very mindful while avoiding sugar. I'm very concerned about all of these new diet drugs because they are just a new take on the same old same old. And even if I stayed with them I don't know what the state of my health would be one year 2 years 3 years out.
