Just wanted to show off the progress I've made since March 17, 2016. I did 8 rounds of 21 day fix and have been doing 21 day fix extreme since then.

21 day fix,. you basically put your food into little containers and eat whats in the containers. the problem with that is, sometimes it ends up being really low calories for a lot of people.so for some it wont be sustainable.3

Thank you all! 21 day fix is a workout program with a 30 min workout each day of the week, and portion control containers and food guide. It's a lot more food then you would think but it's healthier. I love it!0
