January 2017 Walking Challenge

Hello folks!
Join us for our January walking challenge!
We started in the month of December and I'll speak for everybody when I think it really helped us start really thinking about and integrating walking into our daily lives!
I will continue to support and encourage everyone to set personal goals that fit your daily lives, and that will work reasonably with YOURselves.
So whether you are counting your steps, walking for a certain amount of time, going out for a hike, walking a bit further from your car to wherever you are driving, do what you can to do a little bit more!!
In this Discussion, all you have to do is participate in the feed to be involved, but you could also join us in our group

Where we will be getting more and more involved in our personal long term goals, as well as sharing a little bit more (photos of our walks!)

I think I'd like to do this challenge.. how does it work? Do you post distance per day? minutes per day? Just check in that you got it done?

Your goals are up to you- this is a forum of support, which ever parameters you would like to follow and posts are encouraged! Some folks post daily steps, weekly, monthly miles. I check in with good kudos and positivity, others participate in using this group as a motivator .. whatever your heart desires! And whatever will help you achieve your own goals!

Count me in I've been slacking on my walking. I will commit to walking 10k steps daily. What a great way to start 2017 and help get through the winter blues.1
