Hello!
Let's get motivated and share what we desire to accomplish for 2017!
I am hoping to accomplish 5 or 6 half marathons.
Eat better
Stay positive
Learn how to play the piano ( I know, this isn't fitness related, but something I have wanted to do for so long)

Ski more. Bike up and down Slate Peak. Spend more happy nights in the Pasayten.4

I hope to stay disciplined with my workouts and be able to run a 5k by March!6

Santa Fe Century in May...I'll probably do the 1/2
Double Eagle Time Trial series in the summer...
That's actually my friend and my wife's trainer from this past summer...
Enchanted Circle Century in September...
My friend's are trying to convince me to do some crits this summer as well, but they're not really anything I've ever been interested in doing, so we'll see...6 -
1. Reach my goal (38lbs to go!)
2. Log my food every day.
3. Be consistent in my Yoga practice.
4. Be kind to myself if I don't have a scale victory one week.
5. Cut back on my alcohol consumption.
6. Stick with my strength training programs.4 -
1. Not let stress and my emotions control me (I'm an emotional eater)
2. Log and complete diary daily (which is open btw)
3. Stick with the workout routine I have yet to make, but will have made by Sunday
4. Not to be so hard on myself (I'm my worse critic)
5. Cut back on drinking beer
6. Possibly do the Turkey Trot 5K in November.7 -

5 or 6 marathons?! You go girl! That is awesome. My goals are to be able to squat 250 lbs. (on Smith and BB...I'm already at 240 lbs. on the Smith and will probably hit that goal next heavy leg day, but we'll see), to increase flexibility, to get abs by summer and compete in a fitness competition.
My non-fitness related goals include being less OCD, saving more and spending less! Also, taking initiative more often and behaving more confidently.3 -
2017 goals:
a book a week, reach my goal weight which is 145 (180 now), drink more water, get to bed earlier, pay off debts5 -
Overall aim: lose 3st6 to get to 8st8
Hit the 10000 steps 4/7 days a week
Hit 30mins of exercise (even if only walking) a day
Eat on average less than 1400 calories a day
Takeaway once a week maximum
Big aim: Do a colour run
Run minimum twice a week
Do parkrun at least twice a month (once 40 mins of run/walk is possible)
Attend a Pilate's/other strength class at least twice a month3 -

2017 goals:
a book a week, reach my goal weight which is 145 (180 now), drink more water, get to bed earlier, pay off debts
Love to see another avid reader (I've read 89 books this year-book nerd here!).
My 2017 goals are to get another year of maintenance behind me (2017 will be year number 4), to move into our new house without losing my sanity lol, and then I want to get a kayak and start using that every week during the summer months3 -
Will be upping my training and nutrition next week on 01.01.2017 - have been doing 16/8 lean gains intermittant fasting and weights + HIIT since August 2016 and im down from 94 kg to 81Kg
From 01.01.2017 it will be Warior diet + controlled fatigue system training and will hit my goal 76 kg by may 2017
Looking forweard to being shredded for my 51 Birthday in march

2017 Goals:
1. Qualify for 2018 Boston Marathon (Stretch Goal that will be very tough but is narrowly within my grasp)
2. Run at least 1,000 miles for the year
3. Complete at least 2 half marathon trail races
4. Maintain healthy lifestyle
5. Get back to reading more books and playing around on MFP less!! Lol!5 -
1. Meet my weight loss goal
2. Hike more
3. Run my first 5k
4. Be more disciplined in logging and exercising everyday5 -
1) Get off of statins so I can get prego
2) Lose 50lbs (for 2017 only)
3) Run a 5k.

- recover from my bulimia and have a purge free year

1. Next mini-goal 8.1 lbs to lose
2. Long term goal 38 lbs total. Hopefully by the end of June.
3. Get back on the bike THIS WEEK.
4. Spa Girl Triathlon on May 13.
4. Continue walking a 5K each month with my husband. Lower our times.
5. Keep consistently logging my food.
6. Begin maintenance once the 2nd goal is met.

Oh nice, I like this.
1. Continue my bulk and put on at least 6-8 more lbs
2. Hit some PRs (not specific numbers, just keep increasing if I can)
3. Have more confidence in myself and my accomplishments (especially fitness wise)
4. Start getting into kickboxing again (once I am done bulking!)
5. Maybe.. maybe get pregnant again by the end of the year, we'll see3 -

I'm only putting my fitness related goals down here
1. Gain that sixpack
2. learn and be able to do at least 2 advanced calisthenics exercises.
For the plain and simple reason that I want to be a gray bearded grandfather who can do those things. Not too far off now4 -
To live another year with better pain control and keep my heart pumping.5

1. Have a 10% goal I'm working and hope to complete that (10lbs to go)
2. Lose another 10% of body fat
3. Stay active and healthy (back has been bothering me)
4. Stay focused and motivated (no matter what everyone else is saying)

Build up enough courage to get my butt back on a plane to fly home for the summer (lol!)
Stay on track with the yearly stitch-a-long I'll be participating in.
Add more veggies and fruits into my diet.3 -
My goals are
1. Lose 60 lbs by the end of 2017
2. Eat healthier and cook healthier
3. Stick to at least 4 work outs per week
4. Hubby and I want to conceive baby #2 in the fall/winter of 2017 and I want to have a healthy body and fit pregnancy.6 -
I am running the Berlin marathon in 2017 and want to qualify for Boston. Otherwise, stay the same I am: happy, healthy, content and positive.

I want to lose this weight I've been off and on for 4 years. I want to go to Alaska. And I want to conceive my first baby. Still a little scared for that one but we'll see!4

By June 2017, I want to look good naked, and in any and all clothes. I don't want to shy away from the camera anymore, knowing I'll look like an elephant in the photos. I just want to be normal, actually, not ashamed of myself anymore. I'm four stone overweight, determined to lose this bulk one lb at a time!6
