I am a really boring eater and I tend to stick with my old standby staples like avocados, natural peanut butter, tofu, olive oil, collard greens, spinach, cabbage, and cauliflower. There's a low-carb group. They may be able to offer some meal ideas.0

If you struggle, maybe low carb isn't for you?0

I think the struggle has more to do with eating the same food than getting results weight wise. How low are you? 150g net carbs is considered low (keto is more like 50g I believe). Play around with your macros to see what works. Eat plenty of meat, poultry, seafood, nuts, whole fat dairy, low carb vegetables and fruits, offal, nut and seed oils. I can eat 100g with no problems, so I fit in some starchy vegetable like sweet potato or winter squash every day. What really helps me is that I look at sale ads every week, and then search different recipes based on that. It keeps things interesting.1
