First 5 months were good...the next 5 will be awesome

I started working out again on Aug 01 2016, weighing in at 94 Kg.
Intermittant fasting (16/8 lean gains) plus Weight training and HIIT intervals have got me down to 81Kg withing 5 months.

now i'm going for my end goal 76Kg

From 01.01.2017 it will be warior + Controlled Fatigue Training and i will be hitting 76 Kg by my 51 birthday in march.
