Scrambled eggs, turkey bacon or sausage and a cup of fruit and yogurt. Plus coffee, of course.

What do you consider low calorie? It's all pretty relative. I would consider a low calorie breakfast at a restaurant to be around 500-800 calories.

What kind of restaurant? What are the options? A lot of chains offer a "low-cal" or "healthy" option. It's not always as low-cal as you want it to be, but it might be a good place to start. Another option at most breakfast places is to order a la cart or choose the "build your own" method if they offer one. A couple of eggs & bacon usually isn't too bad. Or a veggie omelet. Personally I would skip the juice, but I do love fresh oj at restaurants.

Knowing where you're going and checking to see if they have a menu or nutrition info online is a good start.

Edited because my phone rang while I was typing and answering it apparently posted the half-finished post.

I usually go for eggs, a slice of ham and substitute the potatoes for a fresh cup of fruit as for drinks I can't give up my morning coffee.
