39lbs and counting in just under 6 months.

Nope, none at all. We talk about it a lot though ;)

In all seriousness, have a look through the success stories.

I lost 160 pounds in 8.5 months with just restricting calories. No surgery involved. I have gained some weight last year which I plan on losing this year. My binge eating got out of control. I still know how to lose weight and I can do it again, but it's going to be harder and slower this time. I am a bit depressed about it all and lost a lot of my motivation and discipline.

50 lbs over about 3.5 years.

Why so long? There were long stretches where I quit logging and paying attention. So I either plateaued or regained. When I'm doing the rights things 6 or 7 days a week, I lose. ~10 more to go and I will be maintaining. Target time: April/May.

80 pounds over 2 years (with most of it being the first year). was basically holding steady in 2016 cause everything went to hell in my world. Getting married in august now, and will see how much of the last 30 i can get rid of before then ....
