So, I must apologize in advance for posting this recipe and tempting everyone... but umm... I made myself one of these pancakes this morning, and I'm not sure how to track the calories (and carbs, sugar, fat, etc) in it....

Can anyone help me out?

FYI, I halved the recipe, which made 2 pancakes total, one of which I froze... and I had a LOT of leftover cinnamon and icing... Oh, and I omitted the egg, because I didn't have any eggs in the house LOL

Maybe make the filling one recipe in the builder, the pancakes another, and the glaze another. Then divide by how many servings you made and count how many servings you ate.

I agree. Put it all in the recipe builder and then divide it up

enter the ingredients into the recipe section on the food tab and it will tell you how many calories it is. Make sure you enter how many servings you made. If you used half the ingredients and ate the lot then that is just one serving. Only enter what you used.

Thanks for the advice everyone! Looks to be somewhere around 500 calories for one serving, the way I made it.
Not something I would normally do, especially for breakfast, but it was my first week at a new job, and I thought I deserved a treat ;)

I'm also going to bookmark this page for future: http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php - thanks for sharing!

(P.S. to everyone bookmarking it - it was DEFINITELY delicious! You really only need one pancake though, super filling!)
